When should I expect my product?

for our first launch of the pool toys (the first 16 we have in stock now) we’d expect to Ship these in 2 weeks of the time we start accepting orders. so expecting your tracking numbers emailed to you by mid july.

How long do Pre-Orders take to arrive?

Pre-orders take roughly 2-3 months from production to shipping to your home, but we will happily keep you informed with how the process is going each step of the process via email. if there are any delays in production, factories have problems too merkay, don’t fret, you will be notified immediately as we learn of a delay.

Month 1 -- is for people to apply for the preorders and pay for their toy

Month 2- for the factory to print, and create each toy, then ship it to us.

Month 3- when the toys arrive, we have to box and ship each one to their new homes, then your shipping depends on your country shipping times. But don’t worry we’ll provide you a tracking number the second its shipped.

Are you gonna make more products?

yes, we have several pool toys in mind based on our characters, and a variety of poses we’d like to try out on our pool toys. we’ve got a small team brewing to crank out some new pool toys this year~

we’re also planning on making some smaller products such as towels, balloons, and apparel for our little world of Inflatafurries~

Do you make custom Toys?

not yet, but we hope to open up some custom order slots within the year, pending how well our chats with factories go, were still working out the process and want to ensure we get our clients the best products we can while still keeping their unique characters protected and respected.
